Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets (roughly 3 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 390℉ if your model has this option.
  2. Pat the florets dry to remove moisture, then place them in a large bowl or resealable bag.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat or seal the bag and shake well.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray it well with cooking spray.
  5. Place the broccoli in an even, single layer in the basket without overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove the basket and flip each floret, continuing to cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is browned and crispy.
  7. For softer broccoli, reduce the cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
