Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets (roughly 3 cups)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 390℉ if your model has this option.
- Pat the florets dry to remove moisture, then place them in a large bowl or resealable bag.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat or seal the bag and shake well.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray it well with cooking spray.
- Place the broccoli in an even, single layer in the basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then remove the basket and flip each floret, continuing to cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is browned and crispy.
- For softer broccoli, reduce the cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes for a bit of heat.
