Ingredients
Scale
- 50 frozen meatballs
- 1 package center cut bacon
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray or place meatballs directly on the foil if you don't have a rack.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, slightly thaw the meatballs by microwaving for 1 minute to make it easier to insert toothpicks.
- Cut the bacon into thirds.
- Wrap each meatball with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stirring until the brown sugar dissolves.
- Brush the sauce over the bacon-wrapped meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For maximum crispiness, make sure the bacon is fully wrapped around each meatball.
Feel free to adjust the amount of sauce to your taste preference.
