  • 50 frozen meatballs
  • 1 package center cut bacon
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray or place meatballs directly on the foil if you don't have a rack.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, slightly thaw the meatballs by microwaving for 1 minute to make it easier to insert toothpicks.
  3. Cut the bacon into thirds.
  4. Wrap each meatball with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  5. Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stirring until the brown sugar dissolves.
  6. Brush the sauce over the bacon-wrapped meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For maximum crispiness, make sure the bacon is fully wrapped around each meatball.
