- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can 10.5 ounces french onion with beef stock soup
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 packs of ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets
Instructions
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the olive oil and sliced onions. Cook until the onions soften and become translucent.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder over the crumbled ground beef and continue cooking until the beef is no longer pink.
- Pour in the French onion soup, water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Push the ground beef to the side and place the ramen noodles in the center. Cover and cook for 30-45 seconds.
- Flip the noodles and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Uncover the skillet and use two forks to separate the noodles.
- Mix everything well until combined.
- Turn off the heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute French onion soup with beef or chicken stock.
Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
