Description

Beef and Ramen Noodles brings together savory ground beef, aromatic onions, and flavorful sauces for a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for busy nights, this dish is simple to prepare and packed with irresistible taste, making it a staple in any kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces french onion with beef stock soup
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the olive oil and sliced onions. Cook until the onions soften and become translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic powder over the crumbled ground beef and continue cooking until the beef is no longer pink.
  4. Pour in the French onion soup, water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  5. Push the ground beef to the side and place the ramen noodles in the center. Cover and cook for 30-45 seconds.
  6. Flip the noodles and cook for another 30 seconds.
  7. Uncover the skillet and use two forks to separate the noodles.
  8. Mix everything well until combined.
  9. Turn off the heat.
  10. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute French onion soup with beef or chicken stock.
Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
