- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning

- ⅛ teaspoon dried sage
- 3 ½ cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 ½ cups long-grain rice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add ground pork, onion, bell peppers, and celery. Cook until the pork is fully cooked and vegetables are tender, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and sage. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth, rice, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and fluffy. Fluff with a fork and garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
