- 2/3 cup butter softened to room temp.
- 1/2 cup karo syrup (or 1/2 cup agave nectar + 2 tablespoons honey)
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9×13 metal pan.
- Combining all the ingredients, press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting for cleaner slices.
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
