- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ⅛ teaspoon chipotle powder
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover it, and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper if desired, then grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- When serving, top the chicken with additional chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
