- salsa enough to cover steak plus more for serving
- flour tortillas
- cheese
Instructions
- Cut steak into pieces and combine it with diced green pepper, seasoning, and salsa.
- Preheat your Blackstone or cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- On one side of the flat top, cook the steak mixture until heated through and the peppers are soft to your preference.
- On the other side, sprinkle cheese on the hot surface, then place a tortilla on top.
- Add the steak mixture and more cheese on the tortilla.
- Fold when the cheese becomes crispy and serve with extra toppings.
