Description

Easter Basket Pudding Cups offer a playful blend of flavors and textures that make them perfect for celebrations. With marshmallow bunnies and colorful toppings, these easy-to-make treats will charm both kids and adults alike! Ideal for festive gatherings, they’re a delightful addition to your dessert table.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 vanilla pudding cups (ready-to-eat)
  • 4 peeps marshmallow bunnies
  • 2 cups green whipped topping (tinted with green food coloring gel)
  • 1/2 cup pastel candy coated chocolate candy
  • pastel sprinkles
  • pink sharpie
  • frosting tip & pastry bag (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel the lids off the pudding cups right before serving.
  2. Insert a licorice strip upside down as a U shape into the back of each pudding cup to hold it in place.
  3. Press a Peeps marshmallow bunny into each pudding cup.
  4. Add green whipped topping around the Peeps, using an icing tip and pastry bag for a decorative look if desired.
  5. Top with pastel candy coated chocolates and sprinkles, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use food-safe markers for decorating if desired.
These pudding cups can be prepared ahead of time, just add toppings before serving.
Experiment with different colors of sprinkles for a festive twist.
