- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper, ensuring some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Avoid boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the rice cereal in a large bowl, gently folding to coat the cereal evenly. Transfer to the prepared pan and press down lightly to form an even layer.
