Description

This Green Goddess Dressing is a flavorful blend of fresh herbs and creamy yogurt, perfect for salads or as a dip. It’s easy to prepare and ready in minutes, making it a great addition to any healthy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed parsley leaves
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened greek yogurt dairy or dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (regular or vegan)
  • juice of half a small lemon 2-3 tbsp
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • fresh black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop your herbs (including some tender stems) and measure out about 3/4 cup of each herb.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust salt to taste as needed. Note that the dressing will thicken slightly when refrigerated.
  3. Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass container and store it in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the acidity by adding more lemon juice if desired.
For a creamier texture, add more Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.
