This Green Goddess Dressing is a flavorful blend of fresh herbs and creamy yogurt, perfect for salads or as a dip. It’s easy to prepare and ready in minutes, making it a great addition to any healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup loosely packed parsley leaves
- 3/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1 cup plain unsweetened greek yogurt dairy or dairy-free
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (regular or vegan)
- juice of half a small lemon 2-3 tbsp
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- fresh black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Roughly chop your herbs (including some tender stems) and measure out about 3/4 cup of each herb.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust salt to taste as needed. Note that the dressing will thicken slightly when refrigerated.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass container and store it in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust the acidity by adding more lemon juice if desired.
For a creamier texture, add more Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.
