Description

This Hot Sausage Dip features a delicious blend of Italian sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar, making it ideal for parties or quick snacks. Perfectly creamy and flavorful, it’s an easy dish everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound italian sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it apart into small pieces until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, mixing until thoroughly blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and heat for 3-4 hours until hot, or bake in a dish at 350º F for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

For added spice, consider using hot Italian sausage.
This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for dipping.
