Nanu’s Butterscotch Pudding Cake is a delightful dessert combining creamy butterscotch layers, a buttery graham cracker crust, and topped with candy, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.

- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
- ½ cup white sugar, divided
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 16 oz cool whip, 2 eight-ounce tubs
- 2 packages instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 butterfinger candy, crushed
Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and ¼ cup of sugar in a bowl and press into a 9×13-inch dish to create the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, ¼ cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Then fold in half of the Cool Whip and mix until creamy. Spread this layer on top of the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the instant butterscotch pudding mix with 3 cups of milk for 3-5 minutes until it thickens. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger candy.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
For a richer taste, let the pudding cake chill overnight.
You can substitute other candies for the Butterfinger for variations.
