- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, salt, sugar, and egg whites.
- Beat on medium high speed until the egg whites become glossy and stiff, about 5-10 minutes.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Using a spoon, drop mounds of the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Turn off the oven and place the cookie sheet inside the warm oven, sealing it shut. Leave overnight.
- In the morning, remove the cookies and cut them in half with a knife to reveal the hollow interior.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the mixture.
Ensure the egg whites are at room temperature for better volume.
