- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 pound sliced corned beef
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a casserole dish.
- Spread thousand island dressing evenly over the buns and top with slices of Swiss cheese.
- Spread the sauerkraut over the cheese, then add the sliced corned beef on top and place the top buns back on.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dried onion, and optional caraway seeds. Brush this mixture over the top of the buns.
- Loosely cover the dish with foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and slice to serve.
Notes
Feel free to add extra toppings like pickles for added flavor.
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free buns and ensure all sauces are gluten-free.
Adjust the amount of sauerkraut and corned beef according to your taste preference.
