- 1 cup small diced onion
- 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 12 ounces spaghetti noodles

Instructions
- In a large skillet with deep sides, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat, breaking the meat into crumbles and stirring until no pink remains, about 5-8 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Mix in the crushed tomatoes and cilantro until fully combined.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the sauce has simmered, add the cooked noodles to the skillet and mix well using tongs to combine.
- Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings.
