Description

These Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are packed with irresistible flavor and fresh ingredients. Simple to prepare and ideal for a quick, healthy dinner that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • olive oil for cooking spray
  • 3 hamburger buns
  • sliced tomatoes
  • fresh greens
  • red onion rings
  • your favorite sauce or dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, red onion, garlic, egg, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Divide the mixture into three equal portions and shape each portion into patties about one inch thick, pressing a small indent in the center of each patty.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the patties in a single layer.
  4. Cook the patties at 375°F (190°C) for 14 to 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1 to 2 minutes or in a pan before assembling the burgers.
  6. Assemble the turkey burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding desired toppings such as tomatoes, greens, onions, and sauce. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure not to overmix the turkey mixture for a tender burger.
Feel free to customize toppings based on personal preference.
Store any leftover patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
