- ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add the warm water and stir until the dough forms.
- Knead the dough by hand for 8-10 minutes or in a stand mixer for about 4-5 minutes until smooth and soft.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.
- Once risen, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
- Let the pieces rest for 10 minutes before shaping.
Notes
Ensure the water is warm but not hot to activate the yeast properly.
