Description

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced

  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan (long shavings)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and let it cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, diced chicken, bacon bits, peas, and shredded mozzarella to the bowl.
  4. Toss all ingredients until evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
