Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Place the ham into a food processor and pulse several times until finely diced, or chop it finely with a sharp knife on a cutting board.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the finely diced ham with the mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator before serving, or serve immediately with crackers or as a filling for sandwiches and soft rolls.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding diced onions or celery.
This salad pairs well with assorted crackers or as a spread on soft bread.
