Description

This Knorr Spinach Dip brings irresistible flavor and simplicity together. Made with creamy sour cream, mayonnaise, and fresh spinach, it’s perfect for any occasion. Serve it chilled with fresh veggies and bread for a delightful appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped – thawed and drained
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces mayonnaise
  • 1 package knorr vegetable recipe mix
  • 3 green onions – chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out all the excess water. Place the spinach in a colander and use a cheesecloth or paper towel to press down until no water remains. Set aside to drain on a plate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr® seasoning. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Carefully stir in the drained spinach and chopped green onions until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Before serving, give the dip a stir and transfer it to a serving dish or bread bowl. Enjoy with carrot sticks, assorted veggies, or bread.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the dip sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Serve with a variety of dippers like crackers or pita chips for added flavor.
