Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cup milk, or plant-based milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 teaspoon honey, or maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of saigon cinnamon
  • ½-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in the milk until well combined.
  3. Add old fashioned oats, salt, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into 2 x 8 oz mason jars or one 16 oz jar, securing the lids tightly.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Before serving, top with berries, chia jam, or nut butter.

Notes
