Description

Experience the delightful taste of Piña Colada, a mouthwatering blend of frozen pineapple and coconut cream. This drink captures the essence of the tropics, perfect for a quick refreshment or a beach party. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this creamy, flavorful favorite in no time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup cream of coconut
  • 1 lime, freshly squeezed (approx. 1oz lime juice)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 4 oz spiced rum

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen pineapple, coconut cream, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, ice cubes, and spiced rum in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a small splash of additional pineapple juice or coconut cream.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, and a lime wedge.
  4. Serve immediately while cold and frosty.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace spiced rum with extra pineapple juice.
Use fresh pineapple for a more vibrant flavor.
Adjust sweetness by adding more cream of coconut if desired.
