- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 16 full sheets)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 12 oz Hershey’s milk chocolate bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 13×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, combine softened butter and brown sugar; cream until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Mix in flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt, scraping down the sides as necessary. Press about ⅔ of the dough into the prepared pan.
- Dollop and slightly spread the marshmallow fluff over the dough.
- Sprinkle about ⅔ of the chocolate pieces over the marshmallow fluff.
- Top with pieces of the remaining dough, exposing some marshmallow and chocolate.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately place the remaining chocolate pieces on top to melt as the bars cool.
- Allow cooling to room temperature before cutting into bars.
Notes
Ensure the butter is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
Feel free to adjust the amount of chocolate based on your preference.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
