- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Layer 2 cups of mixed greens in the bottoms of two salad bowls.
- Arrange half of the avocado, strawberries, almonds, and feta in each bowl of lettuce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the honey mustard dressing by whisking together dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined.
