Description
This Oven Baked Shrimp features fresh shrimp tossed in olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic, baked to perfection. It’s a simple, flavorful dish that’s great for a quick dinner or a healthy meal.

- 1 lb raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil
- Juice of one lemon (about 2-3 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 2 cloves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- optional topping: 2 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cover a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp on the sheet pan in a single layer, being sure not to pour the sauce onto the pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh parsley and serve warm.
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
For a bit more zing, consider adding some red pepper flakes.
Feel free to use fresh herbs for garnish for added flavor and presentation.
